Love you to the Moon and Back

sitting here missing you .....missing chatting, missing laughs, missing just missing. ~ wonder how much I can miss you and if I ever will get over missing you .......

Love is more than just a romantic relationship. 
I bet you there is something out there you love that’s not just a partner, a boyfriend, a girlfriend. It can be the job you do, a hobby, a friend, a pet, a child, maybe you love collecting stuffed llamas ( who am I to say what you do or don't love). The Greeks had names for the different types of love, because love isn’t confined to just one definition or situation.

I love art, I love socializing with others, I love traveling, I love coffee , I love  Ben and Jerry’s (ok maybe not love it but like it a lot!). I say love because these are things so deeply embedded in me … I just don’t like them, I really do love them with about as much and most times more than a partner. This is the type of love that is life devotion, and makes you who you are.

At the end of the day, we may lose a romantic partner or we may find one, but remember there are other things and people you love. The most important love of your life you’ll ever have is love for yourself. Love you.

And accept that love is.

Because somewhere out there, in this concrete jungle or maybe on a safari I’ve yet to scour, there is a man who will love me still. Who will love me despite the madness or the sadness, and regardless if I’m crazy or collected. Who will be able to give me what I need and appreciate what I give him. Who will be able to fall in love with me as easily as I fall for him.

And if there isn’t – if that’s not my destiny, I’ll still love me…still.

I still have just what I’ve always needed:

Myself.

And of course, a bottle of champagne, some great friends, a heart that’s still beating and believing, and the faith that the best is yet to come. Stay tuned.

Shouting to Heaven the works of your hands, the joy you bestow upon in times of sinking sand. hearing your voice, listening close to sweet words  "you are my child" , come sit with me and feel my love. Let me guide you with determination and power, let me give you what you have need of this day. Lord, if its just to say a "Good Morning" or express a smile....a "how are you" and mean it not just to hear the words echo from my voice. To love like I've never loved before . To care like I've not cared before. To have one friend who is a true friend than to have 10 who are not.

Countless unseen details are often the only difference between mediocre and magnificent. but your details of our lives are always magnificent! As the seasons change you do not ...you are the same today as you were yesterday and tomorrow the same forever more. Help us to believe and to keep believing .....you give us so much more than we deserve ....

Dreams..........

I hope your dreams take you to the corners of your smiles, to the highest of your hopes, to the windows of your opportunities, and to the most special places your heart has ever known.
I like to dream...whether it's day dreaming or actually dreaming cause it takes me to the place that I'm with you .  My heart longs to be there , you are my constant. You are an original, a gift from God. Because dreams are within us, no one can take them away. Today is unique! It has never occurred before and it will never  be repeated. At midnight it will end, quietly with the moon fully in view shining brightly .
So, as I look up to the moon and stars tonight I will be thinking of you ....your eyes, sense of humor , laugh, smile...all wrapped into a tremendous Tuesday of dreams. My hope is that we are together looking up , distance may separate us but our souls have caressed one anothers ....to never let go....to persevere ...and maybe someday .......I will keep on dreaming. Lord,

Please help me to notice the beautiful sights, the little things that are amazing, the crispness of the day. The whiteness of the frosty morning. The wind whipping through the door as it is opened. The softness of a plump pillow, the feel of clean sheets. Brilliance of a flower in bloom, being able to see your breath on a cold winters day . The shivers that someone your thinking of gives you. Your heart hurting for a friend, crying because you miss someone deeply. Help me to always remember the goodness of others not the ugliness , appreciate opportunities, not to take things for granted but to love the unlovable. To always Praise YOU for you alone love me like no other!

Time is moving swiftly ~ I love you ....

AS we grow up, we learn that even the one person that wasn't suppose to ever let us down, probably will. You'll have your, heart broken and you'll break other's hearts. You'll fight with your best friend or maybe even fall in love with them, and you'll cry because time is flying by.
SO, take too many pictures, Laugh too much , Forgive Freely, and love like you've NEVER been hurt.

DON"T be afraid to take chances or fall IN LOVE and most of all live in the moment because every second you spend angry or upset is a second of happiness you can NEVER get back .

Crispy Cool Fall Day ~

Even though fall is still a few weeks away, cool air has swept our way . 98 degrees one day and this morning it was 53 degrees. I have to admit it does feel good ~ coolness of the air.....singing of the crickets......and a brisk step in my walk ....
