I love you friends - Always .....

If one day you feel like crying... Call me.
I don't promise thatI
I will make you laugh,
But I can cry with you.

If one day you want to run away,
Don't be afraid to call me.
I don't promise to ask you to stop...
But I can run with you.

If one day you don't want to listen to anyone... Call me.
I promise to be there for you.
And I promise to be very quiet.

But if one day you call...
And there is no answer...
Come fast to see me.
Maybe I need you.

If I ever ignored you.
I'm Sorry...

If I ever made you feel bad or put you down.
I'm Sorry...

If I ever thought I was bigger or better than you.
I love you...
Don't ever forget that!

Through bad times and good,
I'll always be here for you.

I am Sorry...
For everything wrong I've ever done.

I'm writing this because what if tomorrow never comes?
What if I never get to say goodbye or give you a BIG hug?
What if I never get to say I'm sorry or I love you?
Because what if tomorrow never comes?
I LOVE YOU! FRIENDS ALWAYS!!!

Do you have Anxiety ?

Let’s make a list—“The Advantages of Anxiety”
Let’s start our list with worry helps our health.  Lose sleep and live longer.  A nervous stomach is a happy stomach, isn’t it?
We can even plan days of worry.
Monday—stress over the economy
Tuesday—list the reasons we could be unemployed by year end. (I am unemployed ) I want a job !!!
Let’s face it!  Worry has no advantages.  It ruins health, robs joy, and changes nothing!  Our days stand no chance against the terrorists of the “Land of Anxiety.”  But Christ offers a worry-bazooka.
Remember how he taught us to pray?  “Give us this day our daily bread.”  Worry doesn’t empty tomorrow of its sorrows; it empties today of its strength.  Live one day at a time.  Make it a day changer!  God’s Word says: “He will take care of everything you need!”
Choose to make every day a great day!

Grace ~

I have a challenge for us this Lenten season: let's meet God in our weakness.  It's not about having enough will-power to give up french fries or chocolate or coffee.  It's not about "self-power"; it's all about "Spirit-power!"  Jesus' anxiety shown in the drops of sweated blood is as real as the worries that trouble your soul. But Jesus' resounding cry, shouting, "It is finished!" is as sure as the hope that we have.  Jesus paid it all.  May we know this power, the power of his resurrection.
Everyday, I pray that we will be brought to a point at which we say, "Father, I cannot be stretched any further; I cannot go any longer.  I need you..."  No matter what that point may be--whether craving the food item we gave up or feeling as though we cannot wash a single dish more after such a long day.  May we welcome that time of weakness, and I pray we will encounter Him there.
Warmest blessings to you this Lent season,

"And after you have suffered a little while,
the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ,
will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you."
1 Peter 5:10

"For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with
weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities.
For when I am weak, then I am strong."

What do you wish for ? What are you expectations in life? What is holding you back? My wish today is for your happiness, your health , you to feel loved beyond measure. I want you to know you are worth it , you are enough , don't let anyone steal that joy that you've given to so many , keep sharing yourself, give yourself away. Expectations can me out of line with life. What I expect and what I receive can be so different in perspective. Life has a way of hitting us with blow after blow, in one aspect we feel safe and secure than that is pulled from us like a rug under our feet , and in a blink of an eye it's gone . Security is no more, where is your security , where do you place it ?
Are you insecure, do you need to act out to have people notice you so that you can feel loved ? some people in your life that you've let go have loved you beyond the circumstances of the insecurity. you know why because they loved you deeply , they didn't care about the tales or stories they loved you with their whole heart , soul and mind and wanted the best for you . Still you turn them away , but still they love you and pray for you .... and have that desire of a relationship with you . Miss you ....I hope someday you get what you are seeking , in reality because life is short , not stable, unlovable , so grab on to those who want to love you , who want to be that friend, when you fall they are there to pick you up, don't say something to someone and than walk away ~ hearts hurt ~ I thank God I have forgiving heart. for he forgave me , the grace he gives for me to love regardless of the circumstances in my life .....I wish you well my friend....I'm still hopeful someday ..

An aroma that fills the room with warmth brewing gently, steady and calm.
Two friends together in stolen moments sharing soul, heart, life.
Weaving through the years like a fine delicate lace.
The design unravels details, simplicity, sometimes flaws.
And even still, meshing together bonded by each cup.
The tenderness of solitude occasionally with a good book.
As I take the first sip of the first cup
I realize again that I am blessed.
To share this cup with such a friend,
sometimes it being only me.
So much more than flavor, roast or blend...
I love to sip my coffee ~

When life hands you lemons make lemonade and dance , dance and dance !!!!
Life is like playing baseball there are days we hit a home-run , other days we may make it only to the first base and others we strike out ..... We are not promised sunshine, roses and chocolate everyday, Jesus says to lay up our treasures in heaven , to keep running the race even if we fall down and scrap our knees , we must run the race with perseverance trusting the one who gives us everything we can ever imagine or dream of .....Have an awesome day friends ...rejoice ...remembering those who are fighting the good fight, who are grieving today , those that need just a smile or a hug, thoughts and prayers are with you

And I will always love you ~ Whitney Houston

I hope life treats you kind
And I hope you have all you've dreamed of.
And I wish to you, joy and happiness.
But above all this, I wish you love.

And I will always love you.
I will always love you.
I will always love you.
I will always love you.
I will always love you.
I, I will always love you.

You, darling, I love you.
Ooh, I'll always, I'll always love you.

When someone has hurt you ~ deeply

When someone has hurt you—deeply to your soul—it’s tempting to want to shut down and shut off; to give in and give up; to get bitter, resentful, depressed—and all before breakfast!

This soul-shutting-down tendency reminds me of those classic zombie horror movies. You know, those unconscious, soulless zombies walking around in darkness, taking bites out of innocent, happy, soulful people? One chomp, then, suddenly, these newly bitten folks find themselves becoming zombie-like themselves—they feel their souls shut down; they crave spending time in darkness; they want to bite others.
Likewise, if you’ve suffered from an emotional zombie bite, it’s temping to want to join the zombie crowd and shut off your soul, seek dark thoughts, and chomp upon another. It’sespecially tempting to chomp upon the zombie chump who chomped upon you!
Basically, when you’ve been bitten by a zombie, you can find yourself feeling the urge to become zombie-like yourself. But you must resist. You must stay strong. You must keep your soul alive!

How?

First, you must face toward the light—where love, forgiveness, peace, faith, joy, and growth can all be found. All of this light is what keeps your soul alive—and keeps you from becoming an unconscious, soul-dead zombie.
Zombie-like behavior cannot survive in the light. Zombie-like behavior thrives in darkness, with a shut-down soul—and well-fed ego—an ego which survives on being right about having the right to be bitter, resentful, and depressed—all before breakfast.
One the biggest sources of light to keep your soul alive is Self-love. And one of the biggest sources of self-love?

Forgiveness.

Forgiveness can start with forgiving yourself for being bitten by a soulless zombie. After all, chances are, the zombie who chomped upon you didn’t look like a zombie. Just like in the movies, these soulless zombies often pass themselves off as normal soulful people.
Next, you have to forgive the zombie who bit you.  Remember, forgiving your zombie will release their poison fromyour system. Forgiving your zombie will help to make sure you save your soul from shutting down. Forgiving your zombie will make sure you don’t start craving constant dark thoughts. Forgiveness releases the zombie-bite poison from your system.
Remind yourself that your zombie probably became a zombie because a zombie bit them. And the zombie who bit them, was bitten by a zombie. And the zombie who bit them, was bitten by a zombie.
Feel compassion for these zombies—knowing that they, sadly, must walk the earth living with a shut-down soul—never experiencing  their own soul, dancing and shining with the light of love, forgiveness, peace, faith, joy, and growth.
If you’ve recently been bitten by a zombie, take a moment to vow to yourself that you will do what you can to save this planet from being overtaken by zombies, by making sure you, at least, won’t become a zombie yourself.

Grateful yes I am ....

Today, when I awoke, I suddenly realized that this is the best day of my
life, ever!

There were times when I wondered if I would make it to today; but I did!
And because I did I'm going to celebrate!

Today, I'm going to celebrate what an unbelievable life I have had so far:
the accomplishments, the many blessings, and, yes, even the hardships
because they have served to make me stronger.

I will go through this day with my head held high, and a happy heart.

I will marvel at God's seemingly simple gifts: the morning dew, the sun,
the clouds, the trees, the flowers, the birds. Today, none of these
miraculous creations will escape my notice.

Today, I will share my excitement for life with other people. I'll make
someone smile. I'll go out of my way to perform an unexpected act of
kindness for someone I don't even know.

Today, I'll give a sincere compliment to someone who seems down. I'll tell
a child how special he is, and I'll tell someone I love just how deeply I
care for them and how much they mean to me.

Today is the day I quit worrying about what I don't have and start being
grateful for all the wonderful things God has already given me.

I'll remember that to worry is just a waste of time because my faith in
God and God’s Divine Plan ensures everything will be just fine.

Tonight, before I go to bed, I'll go outside and raise my eyes to the
heavens. I will stand in awe at the beauty of the stars and the moon, and
I will praise God for these magnificent treasures.

As the day ends and I lay my head down on my pillow, I will thank the
Almighty for the best day of my life. And I will sleep the sleep of a
contented child, excited with expectation because I know tomorrow is going
to be ....... The Best Day Of My Life!

1st of February ~

Wow, cannot believe how fast January flew by .....what a full month ~ New Year, No Job, 7 day Cruise (first time ) Christmas with the Michigan kids, Hit black ice and went around and around down into a ditch, Sister diagnosed with Breast Cancer and Tim's Uncle passed away ..... ....and in saying all of this "PRAISE GOD FROM WHOM ALL BLESSINGS FLOW' , HE amazes me how there are days that we all go through that you feel bombs of bird poop hitting you all around like a machine gun hitting you from all sides but God's amazing angels surrounding you shielding you from the blasts of POOP . I'm copying Max Lucado's post today says it so well...enjoy and remember God is amazing , still in control , loves you with an everlasting love like no other ........... oh , and shew those Birds away .....

This is the day the Lord has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.  Psalm 118:24
I leaned back into my beach chair, interlaced my fingers behind my head, and closed my eyes.  That’s when it happened.
No warning.  Just bombs away!  PLOP!
I looked up just in time to see a seagull giving high feathers to his buddies on the beach!
Count on it—into each day a bird will plop!  Traffic will snarl.  Friends will forget.  Spouses will complain.
Who has a good day on these days?  Most don’t—but couldn’t we try?
“This is the day the Lord has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.”
This day?  Rejoice in it?  God invites us to!
Could we rejoice smack dab in the midst of this day?  Imagine the difference if we could.  How’s that for a day changer?
Have a Great Day—Every Day!
And while you’re at it—keep an eye on the seagull with the silly grin!
