I love summer~ everything about it brightens my life. This morning the breeze outside my window is gently blowing . Sun is beating down it's rays of light upon the shiny green grass. The flowers are turning up their petals towards the skies asking for a much needed drink . Quietness fills the house ~ thoughts and memories of past summer's flood my mind...so thankful for memories , pictures of days gone by some good some not so good but we run the race that is set before us with perseverance and love for one another. Anticipating what lies ahead in this day, thanking God for friendships, season come and seasons go as with friendships. Sometimes we get so busy that we do not have time anymore to grow friendships, we need to nurture those friendships, I feel I have some slipping away, maybe it's just me ~ I seem to wear my feelings on my sleeves at times, I dislike that. Wish I didn't take so much to heart, received a post card this week saying " you have a sensitive heart" , ya think...I do . I take those words that people tell me to heart and when they don't reciprocate I'm hurt, lost, and feel used. May you feel soft flowing breezes today in your life, may you feel joy, love , and most of all laughter to fill your heart...I love my forever friends , I miss one tremendously so wish we could go back in time ....and scoop up those memories once more ....
