Sweet Summer Day ~

Sweet summer day~ the rain fell today....the wind blew....the sky darkened.  even though the weather is not always what we want ....there is always something good in a day that's not so good. it is still a sweet summer day. The fragrance after the rainfall.,,,,the glistening of the drops upon the blades of green grassy fields. Branches are heavy laden with the saturated weight upon them. they bend over gracefully touching their tips to the ground. like a ballerina bending over to touch her pointed toes. the ground thirsty is now swallowing the refreshment of drink they received this morning . part of God's provision , just like what he provides for us nourishment for our souls. not only food that we nourish ourselves with, but spiritually soaking in his love , his tenderness....guidance and wisdom. when we climb to the mountain top you can see far but its desolate there, where we see the green luscious grass is in the valley of life, he nurtures us there, refines our being , caresses our thoughts holds us in the palm of his hand. guards our hearts, why is it that our hearts are so fragile....the song he gives and takes away he gives and takes away, my heart will choose to stay......sometimes its hard to pick up those pieces  that have shattered in our lives and move on. we so want it to be different , but it's not , it's not going to be , we must move on.  I don't want to cries my heart. I don't want to at all.............just want to be loved, want to know I mean something to someone, just want.....it's still a sweet summer day........
